As the AOR for Mattel's Barbie music videos, we handled every aspect of production from custom songwriting, choreography and design/animation.
The turnarounds were quick and we always had another one on-deck, keeping the team in a streamlined flow state. I managed multiple 3D artists and animators, developing core leadership skills along the way.
